Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable HEC-recognized University.
- Minimum 08 years of practice/experience preferably in the field of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Land Law, etc.
- Experience in preparation and vetting of contracts, agreements, legal documents regarding transfer of land, etc. The applicant should be well versed with current applicable Laws, especially PPRA, PEC Rules and regulations, etc. The applicant should also have experience in litigation, drafting, opinion work, etc. as an Advocate of the High Court.
